What is leadership?
Leadership is more than just setting goals or tasks. Governance requires a vision and inspire others to do so. Women in managerial positions are particularly well suited for the definition of a target and the group to reach the target in a consistent manner. A good leader shows the way and promotes an environment where all members of the group feel involved in the project.
Women have a fantastic ability to form strong emotional bonds to be empathetic and supportive. While these are wonderful qualities, women in leadership positions must be careful not to blur the boundaries.

There are several common personality traits that show women in leadership positions.

A leader must be the direction but also a good leader listens to the input of the other. Keep an open mind and listen to ideas, new ways to achieve the goals can be found. A good leader, feels that everyone in the group are heard and contribute to the possibility.
